When COVID-19 hit the world, many of us were left without the right skills to face Lockdown and what it meant. In fact, most of us had to find new ways to work and stay connected with only minimal help and guidance. Fuelled by a desire to help others, AW Manifest was born to create support, inspiration and growth applicable to everyone who desires real change.
"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it."
if we choose, a crisis can create
Initially, AW Manifest was never meant to be a long-term project; instead, the aim was to help people who were letting bad habits creep in take positive action because life had taken such an unexpected turn.
Anoop was continuing to coach a wealth of clients however his extensive travel agenda which typically kep’t him travelling between Asia and the UK for the past 12 years also saw him grounded with more time to create content for the masses. He started this by carefully setting up am Instagram IGTV channel to interview individuals from all over the globe to share their stories, strategies and ideas for success.
By utilising growth and motivational coaching techniques on the social media site, Instagram, we created a safe space for people to go to when they needed motivation and inspiration about how to get through the challenges ahead. During Lockdown, it was more challenging to make healthy choices, and the channel was designed to help everyone feel less alone in trying to maintain a healthy outlook and improve wellbeing in various ways. And now, Anoop and his team have put together coaching programmes and tools to help take your life to the next level. Passion, Love + Expertise = Perfect Coach
"Sometimes in life we take a leap of faith. Remember, the leap is not about getting from one side to the other. It's simply about taking the leap...and trusting that the air, the universal breath, will support your wings so that you may soar"
More about the Founder
Hi, I’m Anoop, and AW Manifest came to me when I could see the negative impact Lockdown was having on my loved ones. I wanted to create something that would give them a boost and spark their motivation so that they could face the challenges of COVID-19 head-on. I never imagined that what began as a passion project would become so popular and I feel hugely inspired every day when I hear stories from people that visit my site. My mantra is ‘success leaves clues’, and I am here to help you discover the clues to your success.
You may not know that I haven’t always felt so confident and motivated. In fact, I left school with no GCSEs and spent my educational years feeling unhappy. I now know that my hands-on approach and need for visualisation and movement didn’t fit with what teachers expected at the time. This failure could have dragged me down but, with the support of my parents, I used it as a time to focus my interests on performing and creative arts which later became my route back into education with a degree and PGCE following later.
As a teacher, I was keen to support as many different students as possible and used my spare time to set up a very successful dance company. Imagine Bhangra dance being delivered to students from the North of England and you’d be forgiven for believing it wouldn’t work! However, over two years, I worked with more than 300 schools, motivating their students to look for something that made them passionate, as dance had done for me.
As the years passed, I was given opportunities to talk to disaffected pupils and help them to ignite a desire to succeed. I knew then that I wanted to do more, and in 2008, I worked to open a charity that would build a school in India. This not only involved a lot of fundraising but also gave students from both countries the chance to visit each other and experience other cultures. This trip would never have been possible for them without the support of the charity.
My teaching career progressed rapidly, and I became a member of the Senior Leadership Team but soon realised that my heart lay with helping people move their lives forward. In 2012, I left teaching and began travelling and working with people from all over the world. My understanding of global issues not only increased but so did my desire to do something to help.
Now travelling for nine months of the year, I realised that I had picked up two highly useful skills: the ability to understand human behaviour across a range of cultures and a global business acumen that could help others achieve. Using these skills has been my dream, and AW Manifest has now given me a chance to put them into practice more than ever before.
As a coach, I work with businesses and personal clients on long and short term projects. In the UK, coaching has not always been highly regarded, but now people are beginning to see that they need to focus on themselves to achieve success. That is where I come in! I am here to help you and your team be the best version of themselves and enjoy successes that you may never have thought possible before.
